This is the kind of recipe that doesn’t require planning.

It takes a few ingredients, a few minutes, and ends up tasting like something you would normally spend a lot more time on.

The base is simple. Greek yogurt, fresh apples, and a drizzle of low sugar caramel. What makes it work is the contrast. Cold and creamy yogurt, crisp fruit, and a smooth caramel layer that ties everything together without overwhelming sweetness.

It is flexible enough to work as a quick breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a lighter dessert

Quick Low Sugar Caramel Apple Yogurt Bowl

Time: 5 minutes

No cooking required

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2–3 tbsp low sugar caramel (your product)

1 apple, sliced (or pears work too)

Optional: pinch of sea salt

Optional: crushed nuts or granola

How to make it

Spoon yogurt into a bowl.

Swirl your low sugar caramel through it (don’t fully mix it in if you want ribbons of caramel).

Top with sliced apples.

Drizzle a little extra caramel on top.

Add nuts or granola if you want crunch.

How to serve it differently (same base)

Dip version: serve yogurt + caramel mixed as a dip for apple slices

Dessert bowl: add a few chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers

Breakfast version: layer it in a jar with oats for a quick parfait
